With a distinguished academic background, I hold a BSc Hons in Mechanical Engineering & Business Studies from Sheffield University. Since 1995, I have consistently excelled in leadership roles within numerous prominent European engineering groups, each boasting subsidiaries in both Asian and US markets. Notably, I served as Managing Director at Volker Rail UK Ltd from 2006 to 2010, where I oversaw the Rail Systems Business, comprising six trading entities including Volker Rail Plant Ltd, Volker Rail Power Ltd (Overhead Line), Volker Rail Signalling Ltd, Volker Matrix Ltd (Distribution Business), Volker Rail Track Projects & Welding Ltd, and ALH Rail Coatings Ltd.
Since P&I Resourcing’s inception, I have held the position of Joint Managing Director. Additionally, I am an esteemed member of the Institute of Directors and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
